We first met Jo in 2018 and she was calming, professional and amazing! We knew we had to use Jo again when our second was born. Cannot beat the cabin and beautiful scenery surrounding the area.

Get in touch to begin your experience and we can chat about your vision for the session, answer any questions you may have, and reserve a provisional date for approximately 10–14 days after your due date.
Your booking is held with complete flexibility, allowing us to tailor the timing once your baby has arrived—ensuring your session takes place at the most perfect and natural moment.
Session day!
On the day of your session, the studio will be beautifully prepared—warm, calm, and cosy—ready to welcome you. You’ll be greeted by Jo, who will gently guide you through every step of your experience.
From selecting the perfect props to thoughtfully styling and posing your session, every detail will be carefully curated to create something truly unique and meaningful to you.
The big reveal
After your session, each image will be carefully and artistically hand-edited to the highest standard. Around 2–3 weeks later, your images will be ready for their reveal.
Depending on your chosen package, you’ll either be invited back to the studio for a beautifully guided viewing experience, or receive access to a private online gallery from the comfort of your own home.
This is a truly special moment, where you can view your gallery for the first time and select the images you love most to treasure forever.

1. What photography sessions do you offer?
I specialise in newborn, maternity, family and fine art portrait photography, creating beautiful, timeless images that celebrate the people you love most.
2. Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in my natural-light studio near Uckfield, East Sussex, in the surrounding woodland, or at a carefully chosen outdoor location.
3. When should I book my maternity session?
Maternity sessions are best booked between 28 and 36 weeks of pregnancy, when your bump is beautifully visible but you’re still comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.
4. When should I book my newborn photography session?
The best time to book your newborn session is after your 12-week scan. This allows me to reserve space in my diary around your due date and ensures availability once your baby arrives. I also keep a limited number of last-minute spaces for early or unexpected arrivals, so please still get in touch even if your baby is already here.
5. Can parents and siblings be included?
Absolutely. Family connections are at the heart of my photography, and parents, siblings and grandparents are always welcome.
6. Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome for outdoor family and maternity sessions. Please let me know in advance so we can plan the session around your furry family member.
7. What should we wear for our session?
Neutral, earthy and coordinating colours photograph beautifully and create timeless images. I’ll provide guidance before your session to help you choose outfits.
8. How long does a photography session last?
Most family, maternity and fine art sessions last around 1 hour, while newborn sessions are baby-led and can take between 2 and 4 hours.
9. When will I see my photographs?
Your images are carefully edited by hand and are usually ready to view within 2–3 weeks of your session.
